  • Badlands Amphitheatre

    The Passion Play takes you 2000 years back in time for a dramatic portrayal of the life and death of Christ. The play takes place in a natural 2500-seat outdoor amphitheatre formed by the massive Badlands coulees. With costumes and sets based on historical data from ancient Jerusalem, the Passion Play transports audiences back to the time of Roman soldiers and peasant masses.   • Napier Movie Theatre

    Welcome to the Napier Theatre!

  • Rosebud Theatre

    The musical and theatrical productions at Rosebud Theatre are widely-acclaimed, attracting thousands of people annually to this community of less than 100 people. The theatre stages five plays a year – four at the Opera House and one at the BMO Studio Stage, offering matinee and evening shows up to seven times a week (typically Wed to Saturday).

    Patrons of the Rosebud Theatre come from all over Alberta, and during the summer many tourists from across Canada and around the world will find themselves in Rosebud. Most performances at Rosebud include a buffet meal before the show and have casts composed of resident actors, student apprentices, and visiting artists.
