Keri has been working in the social media and content industry for over 14 years. A lifelong storyteller, Keri’s work has been published in a variety of magazines, blogs, and multiple other written platforms.

With a double diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, Keri is a dynamic communicator with the ability to write web copy, blogs, social media, public relations, and internal communications for different voices, including b2b, b2c, non-profit, and arts and culture.

As an innovative coordinator with a diverse background in communications, marketing, design, and events. Keri has a unique creative analytical problem-solving talent and has achieved large goals for projects, events, and presentations. Additionally, she has strong organizational skills and a talent for advocating and fundraising for non-profits.

Keri has a proven her ability to build a vibrant, cohesive community within Calgary and Southern Alberta region, and Nationally. As a natural networker and collaborator, she relishes in connecting with people and businesses to help them achieve success.

Heather joined the Travel Drumheller team in May 2022. Before that she served on the Travel Drumheller Board of Directors for three years while working for Rosebud Theatre as their Marketing Manager.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing and a Diploma in Event & Convention Management. Since joining the Travel Drumheller team, she has completed her Professional in Destination Management Certificate through Destinations International and is now working on becoming a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME).

Over the years she has developed a great understanding of Drumheller and area from growing up in the valley and working for local tourism businesses such as the Visitor Information Centre, Dinosaur Trail Golf Course, and O’Shea’s Eatery & Ale House.

Kelli Hoff

Kelli just started working at Travel Drumheller as the Administrator / Bookkeeper. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has been working as the bookkeeper of her family’s cattle ranch . Prior to having a family, she worked in the travel industry as a RV park manager.

Kelli is on the Board of Directors for the Dorothy Community Association. As well as one of the Drumheller FunTeam Hockey Coaches.

Lana Phillips

Lana will be working with the community to implement the Destination Development Plan. Together we’ll be building an approach that supports long-term tourism growth in Drumheller.

Lana is a strong believer in the potential of Drumheller’s tourism industry, as she relocated here to set up a new tourism business, Bikes and Bites. Bikes and Bites makes adventure easy with e-bike tours, rentals and sandwich-based picnics. Since moving to Drumheller in 2021 she’s been actively involved in the community and served as a Board Member for multiple organizations.

Lana brings with her drive and enthusiasm to lead change with a people-first approach. Her persistence, curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation have helped her lead award-winning implementation projects. Lana has over 15 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors as an urban planner. She has a Master of Arts in Planning and a Master in Business Administration.

Ryan joined the Canalta Hotel family over four years ago to help launch and oversee a new in-house marketing and loyalty strategy for the chain of 44 hotel locations.

Over the last two years he has continued to push his skills with completing Cornell’s Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing Strategy certificate programs.

Ryan loves living in the Drumheller Valley and spending time with his family exploring the badlands.

As Tourism Services Manager, Debbie is on the front lines welcoming and assisting tens of thousands of visitors all around the world to Drumheller!

Since 2009, Debbie has lead a team of Tourism Service Representatives that greet tourists and welcome them to our World’s Largest Dinosaur.

Debbie was born and raised in Drumheller and enjoys the history of the valley as well as the beautiful scenery. When not working hard, Debbie enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Jody is a seasoned professional with a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, bringing extensive industry knowledge to her role. Beyond her business endeavors, she actively engages with the community through volunteering for various organizations.

At the Sunny Spot, Jody goes above and beyond by hosting fundraisers to support local initiatives, including financial contributions and providing resources such as hosting school field trips aligned with curriculum objectives.

Her dedication extends to supporting Drumheller’s Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), where she actively participates on the steering committee to develop the Destination Development Plan (DDP) and currently serves on the DDP Implementation Committee, representing small businesses and community interests.

Continuously reinvesting in her business, Jody recently added an 18-hole professionally designed miniature golf course, a venture that garnered overwhelming positive feedback from both locals and tourists. This expansion underscores her commitment to providing high-quality offerings and exceptional service, further solidifying her reputation as a pillar of the community and the tourism industry alike.

Martina is a lifelong resident of Drumheller Valley, where she currently serves as the Manager and Bookkeeper at Riverside Value Drug Mart. With over 30 years of experience in retail, Martina possesses an intimate understanding of the profound impact tourists have on local businesses.

Dedicated to fostering economic growth, Martina actively participates in initiatives aimed at boosting Drumheller’s business landscape. As the Vice President of the Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce (DDCC), where she has served on the board for four years, including a term as President, Martina represents Riverside Value Drug Mart—a significant retail establishment in the area.

Riverside Value Drug Mart, with over 45 years of history, has been instrumental in supporting the tourism industry through generous donations to local organizations, sponsorship of sports teams and events, and fostering a culture of community involvement among its employees.

Martina firmly believes in the symbiotic relationship between community vitality and tourism success. By giving back to the community, she sees an opportunity to attract and retain tourists, thereby contributing to Drumheller’s ongoing evolution as a premier tourist destination.

Tara has worked closely with Travel Alberta and Travel Drumheller to grow her business and is passionate about supporting the tourism sector in rural Alberta. She’s committed to sustainable development and creating unforgettable visitor experiences.

Jessica is the Executive Director of the Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site and has more than a decade of experience in tourism, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. She has worked with leading cultural institutions across Canada, including the Royal Tyrrell Museum and the Canadian Canoe Museum. With a deep passion for heritage interpretation and strategic planning, Jessica is excited to help shape the future of tourism in the Drumheller Valley and support authentic, community-driven storytelling.
