We’re looking for fresh, innovative designs that capture the essence of our beloved region, and we want YOU to be part of this creative journey.
Why Drumheller?
Drumheller is a place like no other. Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Badlands, our region is known for its rich history, stunning landscapes, and vibrant community. From the awe-inspiring Royal Tyrrell Museum and the iconic Hoodoos to our bustling local events and the warm, welcoming spirit of our residents, there’s so much to celebrate. We want our new merchandise to reflect all the unique qualities that make Drumheller and the Badlands a must-visit destination.
What We’re Looking For
We want designs that tell the story of Drumheller and the Badlands region. Whether it’s a tribute to our famous dinosaurs, coal mining history, a nod to our breathtaking natural scenery, or an ode to our lively cultural scene, we’re open to all creative interpretations.
Your design could be featured on t-shirts, hats, tote bags, and more, so think versatile and impactful.
The Prizes
- Grand Prize: The creator of the winning design, chosen by our Travel Drumheller team, will receive a cash prize of $500 and see their artwork brought to life on our official merchandise.
- Fan Favourite: The design that garners the most votes from our community will also win a special prize and have the honor of being featured in our merch lineup.
How to Enter
- Create Your Design: Let your imagination run wild! Make sure your design is original and embodies the spirit of Drumheller.
- Submit Your Entry: Use our Google Form to upload your design below by AUGUST 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM MST
- Short List Favourites: The Travel Drumheller team will shortlist the top 5 designs.
- Community Voting: The shortlist the top 5 designs will be showcased on our social media platforms for fan voting from August 23 to September 6.
Guidelines
- Designs should be high-resolution (300 DPI) and submitted in PNG or JPEG format.
- Keep in mind the versatility of your design for different types of merchandise and colours!
- Be creative, be original, and most importantly, have fun!
- Designs must be original and created by the entrant.
- Designs should reflect the spirit and beauty of Drumheller.
- Entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
