More about this year’s barbecue:
The barbecue event will showcase 7 to 8 BBQ specialists, each presenting a delectable tasting dish with a connection to fire and locally sourced ingredients.
This will create a festival atmosphere, where participants have the opportunity to purchase food tickets priced at $2 each. Each dish will range from 2 to 4 tickets, equivalent to $4 to $8, affording attendees the flexibility to savor BBQ dishes from a variety of vendors or revisit their preferred options.
Don’t forget, the Badlands Amp will be dishing out some delicious treats, offering a menu at our concession stand, and hosting the pub tent. Stay tuned for more details!
