About the Drumheller Job Fair

The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce and Travel Drumheller are hosting the Drumheller Job Fair to support local businesses’ hiring efforts. All businesses and industries in the area are invited to participate. New this year, there will be a shift in format with the first half of the day dedicated to in-person conversations and visits from Job Seekers. The afternoon will open to virtual Job Seekers who may not live in the area or have other conflicts that don’t allow them to attend in person but have an interest in pursuing job opportunities in the Drumheller area. With this added reach to Job Seekers, we will provide added exposure for employers and increase the potential for successful hiring.

Date and Location

Saturday, March 22 from 10:00AM – 5:00PM
In-person: 10:00am to 1:00pm    Banquet Hall at the Badlands Community Facility
Virtual: 1:00pm to 5:00pm        Banquet Hall at the Badlands Community Facility or location of your choice

Note: Your virtual exposure will start up to a month earlier, once you register and set up your company profile.

Employer Information

Employer Spaces
– Spaces include a 6’ table and two chairs (does not include power).
– All booths are expected to be completely set-up by the time the Job Fair begins at 10:00am on Saturday, March 22.
– Your table must be manned for the duration of the in-person event. Once the virtual event starts, you’re welcome to stay or continue to meet with online Job Seekers at the location of your choice.

Registration Deadline: We encourage employers to register before February 21 to get the most exposure to potential Job Seekers, however, we will continue to accept registrations up to Wednesday, March 19.

Once you register, we will connect you with our online software to set-up your company profile and list any job opportunities you may have.

In-Person Set-up: Saturday, March 22 from 8:00am – 9:30am

Tear down: Saturday, March 22 from 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Booths must not be torn down before 1:00pm. Any display material left behind after 6:00pm will be discarded.

Valuables: Any valuables left are at the owner’s expense. We do not recommend leaving computers, cash or other valuables unattended. Travel Drumheller, the DDCC, the Town of Drumheller, and the Badlands Community Facility are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Employer Registration

Space Options (Standard 8ft wide space):

  • Partner (Travel Drumheller or DDCC) space = $60 + GST
  • Non-partner space = $100 + GST

Extra Option:

  • Become a Featured Employer – add $30
    • Your company will be listed at the top of all exhibitor listings and highlighted in bold or with a coloured background. Plus, you’ll receive a prime exhibitor location in the Banquet Hall. Limited to 4 Employers.

Terms & Conditions:

Travel Drumheller and the Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which in its judgment is inappropriate; this reservation being all-inclusive as to persons, things, printed matter, products, and conduct.
