Long Table Dinner

Enjoy an unforgettable evening of local food, community, and breathtaking Badlands views.

Set at one long table beneath the open sky, this family-style dinner is prepared by Chef Mike Benci, a Red Seal chef and Drumheller local, using ingredients sourced from Alberta farms and producers. Meet many of the people behind the meal as they share the stories of the food they’ve raised, grown, and crafted.

The menu features beef and pork from Boe Farms, grass-fed lamb from Iron Kreek Ranch, chicken from Barney’s, a charcuterie course from Pioneer Butchery, seasonal produce, fresh bread, and an optional wine pairing from Field Stone Fruit Wines and DNA Gardens.
