Introduction to Packaging Travel

Travel Drumheller, through funding from Travel Alberta, is offering businesses the opportunity to complete the “Introduction to Packaging Travel” online course followed up by a group coaching session. This is an introductory course that prepares you for success in creating your own travel packages. This online course includes the basics of packaging travel, the types, and the benefits.

A group review and coaching session, including an opportunity to ask questions of the course creator, will be held on March 11 from 1:30pm – 3:00pm in the Travel Drumheller boardroom.

There are a limited number of spaces available – to register please email Richard Makohoniuk at tad@traveldrumheller.com or call 587-291-8570.

Networking Socials

Come together and meet with members of the Travel Drumheller team, and chat with other tourism operators as you share experiences. This is a chance to explore a fellow business to learn about them and what they offer. Light refreshments from local businesses will be served. The events are free, however we ask that you reserve your spot so we know how many will be attending.

The next social will be in May.

Thank you to everyone who attended in 2025 and to our gracious hosts:
– Happy Belly Grill & Bar
– Bridgeviews Retreat
– Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site
– Valley Ice Cream Shoppe
– Roadhouse Bed & BBQ
– Drumheller Royal Canadian Legion Branch #22

If you wish to host a social event, let us know at development@traveldrumheller.com.
