Outline recommendations and ideas for the appropriate engagement ideas you would envisage using for this project.
Within the environmental scan, are there particular groups Travel Drumheller would suggest the Consultant engage with?
Examples include surrounding municipalities looking at their plans and strategies for example economic development and revitalisation strategies. Also how Travel Drumheller can work within provincial and Federal tourism strategies.
What are the core outcomes Travel Drumheller is looking for out of the environmental scan?
To see what the organization needs to consider in their strategic thinking for the next 3-5 years.
Given funding by various Alberta Organizations (Travel Alberta, Government of Alberta, etc.) to what extent does the Strategic Plan need to be aligned to the strategic direction of those organizations?
Not strictly aligned but should be reflective and correlates with these strategic directions. It needs to be very much a plan for our organization and community needs.
What is Travel Drumheller’s perspective regarding remote delivery of this project?
We would consider remote delivery however there should be times when the delivery team are physically in the community
