Barney’s Dino’s After Dark Scare Trail

Walk the Dinosaur Trail at Barney’s Adventure Park in the evening mid-October and see if you can survive! Who knows what will be hidden along this path among the giant prehistoric creatures? Also enjoy fire pits, adult beverages, and the corn maze after dusk. Event dates are October 14 and 15 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Recommended for 7+. Bring your flashlights for the corn maze.

Drumheller’s Guided Ghost Walk Tours

Explore 100 years in 90 minutes. This walking tour through downtown Drumheller, explores the history of the town as well as its ghostly inhabitants! Your guide, Lothar Malmberg, books tours upon request and gears content for all ages and any size group. Add the Cemetery Tour for a full evening of eerie entertainment.

Ghost Hunters Alberta at East Coulee School Museum

Visit the haunted East Coulee School Museum this October to for two paranormal options. On October 21, Ghost Hunters Alberta is hosting a Paranormal Investigator Training Workshop where their lead investigator will guide and teach you all about searching for paranormal phenomenon, including the terms, equipment, theories, myths, and techniques of investigation. The next evening, October 22, is the second Paranormal Investigation opportunity. Choose to attend both or just one of these unique events. Fueled by the energy of years of students as well as the energy left by the many local area people who passed there when it was used as an auxiliary hospital for mine accidents, fires and a flu epidemic, the East Coulee School Museum is a perfect place to search for spooky sightings. Ghost Hunters Alberta has been investigating at this museum for over 7 years and has compiled a very comprehensive amount of evidence of the paranormal.

Paranormal Investigator Training Workshop – $220/person. Attendees must be 16+.
Paranormal Investigation – $130/person. Attendees must be 14+.

Johnson Haunted House Tour

Homeowner, Justin Bolin takes you back in time to meet Dr. Bob and his daughter Marjorie. This two-hour tour starts with an introduction to the equipment used in investigating paranormal activity, the history of the home, and its haunting events. Tours are $40 per person, with a group rate available upon request. The tour is not recommended for those under 14.
